Children’s Blanket of Love is grateful for the volunteers who help us by hosting their own Blanket Drives! Most recently, Sandra Kempka of Kernersville, NC hosted a blanket drive with her organization Holy Cross Columbiettes at The Holy Cross Catholic Church. As the president of the Holy Cross Columbiettes, Mrs. Kempka chaired a blanket drive to rally morale for the Brenners Children’s Hospital in Winston-Salem.

During the month of September, the Holy Cross Columbiettes were able to collect 118 new blankets! After hosting their blanket drive, the ladies of the HCC worked together to package up the blankets so they could efficiently deliver them to the Brenners Children’s Hospital. The hospital was extremely thankful for their delivery on behalf of CBOL!
